National Pageant Entry Information

Official Rules and Regulations for Miss Pre-Teen of the Nation, Miss Teen of the Nation, Ms. American Woman, Ms. Lady of America, and Ms. Classic American Woman:

  1. All contestants must be a legal resident of the United States.
  2. Contestants must speak and understand the English language.
  3. Contestants must be a naturally born female.
  4. Contestants must have resided in the region or state in which she is competing for at least three months.
  5. Age requirements for the "Miss Pre-Teen of the Nation" - 9-12 years of age, "Miss Teen of the Nation" - 13-19 years of age, "Ms. American Woman" - 20-34 years of age, "Ms. Lady of America" - 35-49 years of age, and "Ms. Classic American Woman" - age 50 and older. Required proof of age at the nationals must be provided if requested.
  6. Winners may not compete in any other pageant without the national director's permission.
  7. Contestants must be in good physical and mental health.
  8. Contestants will be judged in three equal categories: personality (interview), beauty (evening gown), and figure (swimsuit).
  9. Winner must not give written or verbal permission in connection with any commercial product or organization for the use of her new title. She must not be under any management contract with any agency or organization that would conflict with her new title unless granted special permission by the national office.
  10. Winner must not use title for any commercial endorsement without permission from the national director.
  11. Winner must obtain permission from the national director before making public appearances. Director may act as a manager and agent for said appearances and may or may not take a commission not to exceed 20%.
  12. Contestants must not have committed a crime that will bring negative publicity and/or media attention to Marmas Productions, Inc.
  13. The national winner must accept all obligations as well as the awards. If it is determined by Marmas Productions, Inc. that the winner has neglected or embarrassed her title in any way, she will forfeit her title, sash, trophy, crown and all prizes. The first runner-up will be awarded her title, sash and trophy.

This year’s registration fee is $495 and will be required only if you are chosen to represent your state at the national finals.

Contestants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.

I understand that while I may withdraw from the competition at any time, under no circumstance, nor for any reason, will I be entitled to a refund.

I hereby certify that I have read all the pageant information and that if I am selected as one of my state’s representatives, I agree to all the rules, regulations and awards of the pageant now in effect or announced thereafter.
